Map & Directions:

My private practice is located between Highways 280 and 85, near Westgate Shopping Center, in a spacious, comfortable, and well-lit corner office in a suite of offices I share with several other experienced therapists.

There is plenty of free parking available, and my office is close to several major bus routes. However, my office is on the second floor of a building without an elevator and is thus not handicap accessible.

Scheduling:

I offer convenient hours available to fit your schedule. You can usually arrange to have a first appointment within a few days.

I typically see clients once a week for 50 minutes, at a time that is mutually convenient to both of us. While I see some patients more than once a week, this is only when necessary and is mutually determined and based on the needs of the client.

The length of treatment (number of sessions) is up to you and will vary depending on the difficulties you're facing. For example, if you're seeking treatment and recovery from addiction or chemical dependency, your therapy will likely take longer than if you're wanting help with a current life transition.

Fees & Payment:

My standard fee is $125 per 50-minute session. I also offer free, initial phone consultations, and I have a few time slots available in which I see clients at reduced hourly rates. At this time, I accept payment only by cash or checks.

In order to keep my prices at these levels, I do not bill my clients. When you pay for each session, I will provide a receipt that will have the information necessary for you to request the reimbursement provided by your insurance carrier, HMO, or PPO health plan.

Insurance:

I am currently a provider on the following insurance panels:

• Claremont
• Concern EAP
• Health Net
• Managed Health Network
• United Behavioral Health
• Wellness Corp

If you are covered by any of the aforementioned, I will bill your provider directly for all services covered. If your provider is not on the list above, you will have to pay at the time of your session. However, I will gladly review the terms of your insurance and provide you statements so you can seek reimbursement for some of the cost of your counseling.
