Recommended Reading

As an avid reader, I often prescribe books to my clients that may help them with particular issues.

I have found that clients who read more about what we've been discussing in our work together allows more healing work to be done in our sessions and, in some cases, speeds up the healing process because more of the material is processed and solidified outside of the time we spend together.
